Our Return Policy
We accept returns and exchanges for most items within 15 days of delivery, provided they are:
- Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- Including all original tags and packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Please note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on underwear (Boxers) and swimwear unless faulty. All other items from our Activewear, Clothing, and Accessories collections are eligible for return.
How to Return or Exchange
Follow these simple steps to process your return or exchange:
- Contact us within 15 days of receiving your order by emailing [email protected] with your order number and return request
- Complete the Return Request Form (template provided below)
- Wait for approval – we’ll email you within 2 business days with return instructions
- Package your items securely in the original packaging if possible
- Ship your return to our warehouse at:

Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned items:
- Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days
- Your refund will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
- For exchanges, we’ll ship your new item once the return is processed
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong product. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item from our Collections (including Active Studios gear, Isabel Soft Sets, or Featured items), please contact us immediately. We’ll cover all return shipping costs and expedite your replacement.
